Returns & Refund
If you wish to return items from your order, you will pay any shipping fees that are incurred. I do not accept used items or items that the seal has been broken for hygienic purposes. The refund will be issued if there are no problems with the product. Please message within 3 days of delivery for refunds and/or exchanges.
Policies
Shipping
We will ship to the address listed at check out within 5 to 7 business days via USPS. We have set up shipping with USPS regional rate boxes but reserve the right to determine the cheapest way to ship and will refund the difference if we find a cheaper way. We have it set up at $15 flat rate and will refund overages. Most cases if you order one or two items the shipping can be cheaper than the cart states please feel free to message us and we can talk about this. Shipping rates just went up again and we purchase packing supplies to make sure your items arrive in mint condition we are not trying to make money off shipping. Custom and large wholesale orders will take longer and I reserve the right to adjust the ship date as needed. Delivery confirmation numbers will be sent to the email address provided. Please double check to make sure your shipping address is up to date before submitting your cart. We do not ship international at this time, but will work with you if you want something, we have shipped to Canada.
Local Pick Up/Delivery
We also do local pick up and delivery (within reason) I work in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area and am willing to meet and Amanda visits the Cedar Rapids area, so just message us and we can work something out. How it works: order your goodies and choose local pickup at check out we will get to work putting your order together right away. When its ready for pick up, you will receive an email (you actually get a "thank you for your order" email right after submitting your order), please respond to the second pick up email to make arrangements for pick up. We will hold an order for 15 days then cancel the order and charge a restocking fee of $5, we do this out of our homes. We do understand that things come up that are out of our control so please just contact us if you need a later pickup date. Please do not choose this option if you are not local. Gift Cards
Now offering digital gift cards with a coupon code sent to your email upon purchase. These cards can be used as in store credit to purchase anything in our store. We offer these sometimes at vendor events as a prize these will have use by date and do expire.
